General information from the Syngenta Pension FundThese terms of use regulate the use of access to the pension fund web portal ‘PK/S.Live - Web portal’ (hereinafter referred to as the web portal). This web portal provides web-based functionalities and services. These terms of use apply to all registered users who make use of the services of the aforementioned web portal. The service is provided and maintained by PK Softech AG, in addition to the PK/S administration software, and is operated and managed by the Syngenta Pension Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation).
